Introduction
The use of herbal supplements has been on the rise over the past few decades, with more and more individuals turning to natural remedies for their health needs. Methods
Participants: A total of 100 individuals, aged 18 and older, were recruited for this study. Participants were recruited from various locations, including health food stores, botanical gardens, and online forums dedicated to herbal medicine.
Procedure: Participants were asked to complete a brief survey that asked about their reasons for using herbal supplements, the types of supplements they used, how often they used them, and their overall satisfaction with the products. In addition to the survey, participants were also asked to participate in a semi-structured interview, where they were asked to elaborate on their experiences with herbal supplements and their attitudes towards them.
Data Analysis: The data collected from the survey and interviews were analyzed using qualitative methods. Themes and patterns in the responses were identified and categorized to gain a better understanding of the participants' usage and perception of herbal supplements.
